Jill is a Crown Diamond leader out of central Florida. In 2014 she dove head-first into researching all things essential oils and natural products. With her background of being an orthopaedic surgery physician assistant for nearly 10 years, she walked into the world of natural alternatives with skepticism. Her priority as a wife and mother of 2 boys and a 4-legged furbaby, she knew her decisions would impact not only her life, but her family. With starting her transition to plant-based products with the premium starter kit, she started to have success despite her skepticism. Her early  personal successes ranged from ridding her home of toxic mold to handling the emotional rollercoaster of post-partum depression. With each success, her passion for using the products and teaching about them grew.  Along with this, so did her organization and On Call Essentials family reaches nearly 12,000 homes as of 2019. 

On her journey with Young Living, besides teaching about the incredible products, she saw a need for community. A safe space where people could not only discuss Young Living products, but also the lifestyle that comes with it. A community of teaching one another to make better decisions, informed decisions. A place of support & love.  Since 2014, she has created an immersive, personalized retreat experience for personal and business development, as well as a 50,000 member facebook community of support and inspiration to help others lead a life of wellness, purpose and abundance.
